Professor Emmanuel Mastio

MBT Professor

Emmanuel is an Industry Professor at the UTS School of Systems, Management and Leadership. Emmanuel’s research interest is in sustainable and socially responsible corporate innovation. In practice, he helps organisations strategically learn to unlearn whilst developing their social capital. Previously, he was the chairman of innovation for Zodiac Pool Systems and has held senior leadership positions within Bosch and Siemens. Throughout his career, Emmanuel has applied creativity and rigour to lead programs which have delivered successful products and services across many markets and in many cultural contexts. He is coordinating the MBT subjects: Management Research Methods and Management Research Project.
